How is Exact Age Calculated?

Exact age is calculated by comparing your date of birth to today's date (or a reference date you choose). Years are counted first, then remaining months, and finally remaining days. This means if you were born on January 31 and today is March 1, you are 1 month and 1 day old in that part — not 0 months and 29 days.

What are Planet Ages?

Each planet takes a different amount of time to orbit the sun. Mercury orbits in just 88 days (~0.24 Earth years), Mars in ~687 days (~1.88 Earth years), and Jupiter in ~4,333 days (~11.86 Earth years). Your "age" on another planet is simply your Earth age divided by that planet's orbital period in Earth years.

What is the Life Progress Bar?

The life progress bar shows what percentage of an average human lifespan (75 years, as used by the WHO for general estimation) you have already lived. It's a fun, reflective metric — not medical advice. The bar turns fuller as you age, serving as a gentle reminder to make the most of your time.
